Meet Our Team
Oliver Harrup
Following a successful career in Recruitment, Oliver was made redundant in 2008. He went on to undertake consultancy work for a large specialist cleaning company, before establishing Quantum in 2009. Initially a specialist cleaning company, Quantum has evolved into the highly successful Quantum Services Group – offering a broad range of services to the facilities industry.
Outside of work, Oliver is a keen (but admittedly amateur) sportsman, enjoying playing and watching football, golf, cricket and tennis. He is definitely the outdoors type, which is probably where his passion for abseiling and rope access comes from. At weekends, Oliver can normally be found in the local woods, making rope swings and zip lines for his two children – a work skill that is very useful for play time too!
Laura Harrup
Having completed an honours degree in Business Studies at Bournemouth University, Laura started her career in the financial services industry, for a large blue chip organisation. Throughout her successful career, she held a number of key Project Management roles. After internal stints working directly for the CEO and also in the investment arm of the company, Laura left in 2017 for a better work/life balance and joined the growing family company.
Laura now runs the day to day operations, as well as being the key contact for a number of clients. Outside of work, Laura is a country girl by heart and enjoys time outdoors with the children. Laura is a keen horse rider and if she’s not busy working, or with the children, she can normally be found at the stables!
